Fizzleblood is a European based raiding guild on the Kithicor server. we have plenty of nationalites represented in the guild, English being the primary language for ease of communication.
Main focus is EOF, We currently have MMIS, FTH, CMF Cheldrak and the Pumpkinheaded Horseman on farm status...Kos contested...when we got a spared moment.
We raid 4 to 5 times per week from 7:30pm to 11~12pm GMT (2:30pm to 6pm EST) plus off days for contested.
We cleaned out some players that couldn't perform to our standards, so we have a few slots for some very dedicated raiders to balance out our roster.
Applicants must know their class and position in a raid, and be able to follow instructions.
You should be mostly mastered, have at least 80 AA as well as decent gear.(though for promising players it's pretty fast to gear someone up).
We insist on regular, punctual attendance, total focus on raids and a willingness to learn new things and improve performance. Slackers, ninja afker's or people not competent in their class will not be tolerated. If you are the kind of player that fucks up a raid because you didnt pay attention or if you consider a utility class is just buff and afk, please move along.
Loot is officer assigned, with primary focus on rewarding dedication and gearing up the raid team for success. We gear people to make the guild more competitive and successfull, not individual players uber, so loot whores look elsewhere.
