Greetings and thank you for your interest. Within this post it is my goal to outline as much information about Combine Syndicate (CS) to help prospective members make an informed decision about joining.
Background:
Combine Syndicate was formed to fill a long-standing void on the
Antonia Bayle server. The founding members saw that there was so much raid content going untouched, not enjoyed and hardly utilized. And so, a idea was born: to have a raid force, unique to other raid forces within EQ2 that would revisit the old content, tier by tier. Our members were given a date, a level and a mission. Since the creation of the guild, we have been holding on strong to our ideals, original charter and have progressed through content to the best of our abilities, sometimes with a less than optimal raid force.

About Us:
Combine Syndicate is primarily an EST Casual Raiding guild. We are a guild built upon a solid foundation of veteran players seeking to experience the game for the pure enjoyment of the content.
CS is now raiding T7.
Progression guild means simply, that we are going tier by tier to raid each level of content as we level as a whole.
Level locking is a non-negotiable requirement of all raiders. No exceptions and no mentoring is allowed at this time.
We highly encourage our members to use the AA slider to aid gaining more AA during the times we are locked for further progress.
Also, as a guild we have several members who enjoy and do not mind to help prospective raid members level up to reach our level lock. If you are interested in rolling a new character to come join us for raiding, please speak to an officer and we'll try to get you into our many leveling groups to help you along the way.
We also have several crafters within the guild and at our disposal to help you with maintaining spells, skills, armor, weaponry and etc.
The bulk of our members can be defined into two majorities:
1. Dedicated Raider
*Prospective dedicated raider must be level 70.
*Must attend at least ~60% attendance over 30 days for loot eligibility.
*Must have Ventrilo and at least be able to listen. (Mic not required but encouraged.)
2. Non-Raider (Back-up raider and casual/normal member)
*Non-Raiders are casual players who like to raid with us sometimes or are good friends and family of our dedicated raiders.
*They are not held to the same standards as our dedicated raiders but are asked to be active at least once every 30 days to maintain guild membership.
*Also, we currently do not allow those outside of guild join our raids unless they are applicants (or alts of dedicated raiders, which is rare). We will -always- pull from our non-raider ranks to fill raid slots first.
