Does anyone have a good list of procing gear for mages (coercers especially!) that drops or can be quested? I know of some drops that I have my eye out for, but I wouldn't mind a full complete list of gear for me to peruse ;)

Illuminator

The Fidgeting Hands of the Savant do drop off "The Maniacal Savant" in the Forsaken City, and the placeholder for this mob is "a crazed scholar". Yes the Savant is a coercer, so it will mez while mezzed, and this makes it a pain in the ass to fight. But if you're a coercer, you can and should solo it until you get the gloves, because currently there are no other damage-proc'ing mage gloves that I know of. And nobody has a FUCKING clue what the Nizara gloves are capable of at this time (the proc description is busted and the log file doesn't tell you jack shit).

It has a 5% hostile spell proc and the proc does work as listed. Generally for the life of the pet, each proc invocation can do 1-2K total damage depending on raid debuffs. But in the zone-wide parse it comes up short exactly because of its low 5% rate.

I avoided adding the Cowl of Suffering and the Garb of Souls because Essence Absorption isn't a spell proc, and rarely (if ever) goes off in raid situations.

But the Bladed Staff of the Elements is the staff from Xux'laio's Roost that I couldn't find the link for. Uber.
