aradigm, a world class raiding guild and the leading raid guild on Oasis is always seeking established and talented hard core raiding players. We're not looking for an up and coming that just started the game in T6 or T7, we are after world ranking characters that have pride in their class and is looking to add his/her skill and knowledge to our team. If you're time-honored player that has been raiding eq2 content for the past 2+ years, and have the raiding knowledge base to fill a critical roll in a world leading raiding guild, we have a spot for you!
Our raids start at 8pm EST each night, with no set weekly schedule. If a raid zone is open, we're in there. Contested have priority. Mandatory call list for all contested. All KoS, FD and EoF contested timers are owned. All EoF zones are cleared. KoS raid content is on farm status for payout. DMP and other T6 content is reserved.
Avatars are our current primary target with 11 kills out of the 7/9 We have had spawn on Oasis.
RA driven DKP system, inflation cap. Monthly payouts.

80%+ RA on a monthly time line (Recruit phase this is required)
