Eternal Chaos on Befallen Recruiting for Raids 8pm-12am EST

I'm not going to make some big flowery speech about EC or the like. Just going to post the facts. We currently need about 9 high play time raiders from the list below to fill our roster back to full strength. We aren't a Walmart Super Guild we dont have over 60 unique accounts on our roster. We perfer quality players over quantity players. We don't like having to sit people out during raids. We raid 7 nights a week from 8pm-12am EST. However we only require 60% raid attendance giving you 72 hours (days of your choice) to do with what you will.

We use a tiered/attendance based, static, DKP system. Meaning the following...

Tiered: T9-T1 is based off of a set level of points each character earns

Tier 1 130+
Tier 2 80
Tier 3 50
Tier 4 30
Tier 5 10
Tier 6 -10
Tier 7 -30
Tier 8 -50
Tier 9 -70

Attendance: Meaning that if Player A is in Tier 1 points wise but only has under 50 percent attendance then he is dragged down to tier 4 when you average the values.

Static: No bidding. Each item has a set item value.

The guild bank refunds the cost of all raid repair bills at the end of each nights raiding making your coin free for you to use. It's our version of a company car.

Did you miss a paragraph in the description? It sounds like an interesting system, but it doesn't make sense how you described it.

Man, i remember some newb healer named marcious back in the day, couldnt heal for shit, however we did enjoy a common interest of pie. Still donelan pwns nerish, donelan < nerish, however ya wanna say it.....i cant remember wtf i was saying.

If 2 people bid on an item and one is tier 1 and the other tier 2, the tier 1 person will get the item. If both members are tier 2 then it's a random 100.
