I should also note that the names being spoken about by the seizure dark elf are of several notable things:

    K'Lorn:
    - The Library of K'Lorn in Neriak
    - The NPC Fendaris K'Lorn part of the Lost Legend of Lavastorm

    G'Han (presumed dead):
-The Scroll of G'Han (being discussed inside the Library of K'Lorn)
Viclin D'Rhivirr of The Spurned says, "The magical properties of this scroll demand our involvement."
Chalolin D'Zeiryn of The Dead says, "I have no doubt we can handle the examination of the scroll. The Queen demands it's immediate removal to the palace."
Malual K'Oziarn of the Disciples of Innoruuk says, "This scroll is a holy relic. If it is to be moved it should go to the church, not the Queen. The Prophet of Hate demands it."
Chalolin D'Zeiryn says, "The Prophet has no choice in this matter. The Queen has spoken, her word is law."
Viclin D'Rhivirr says, "We will not allow the removal of the scroll. It belongs here."
Malual K'Oziarn says, "The Queen is no god. Innoruuk is, and the scroll is His."
Chalolin D'Zeiryn says, "We will see about that."

    K'Val (presumed dead):
-His chest and presumably his chest were located in Littlre Neriak of Fallen Gate
-Mentioned and written to in "The War and Wardrobe"

same question. Have you read either book?

Also, please name one medieval fantasy themed anything that doesn't "plagiarize" lord of the rings.

Yes and yes. Shitsux. But Eragon is so close it's not even funny.

    ERAGON LOTR
    Imiladris>Imladris
    Vanilor>Valinor
    Ardwen>Arwen
    Ceranthor>Caranthir
    Bierland>Beleriand
    Narda>Varda
    Isenstar>Isengaurd
    Melian>Melian
    Mithrim>Mithrim
    Isidar>Isildur
    Turin>Tūrin
    Eragon>Aragorn (comparison in pronunciation)

Hell if I know. My last D&D campaign involved giant schnauzers with hats.

Don't you find it ironic that you are plagiarizing what someone else has already said to flame Eragon for plagiarizing Tolkien.

BTW, Tolkien plagiarized Norse mythology, look it up. Teaser: Gandalf was the name of a dwarf.

Lastly, a better plagiarization argument would be the origins story that is told. About how elves came from over the sea from some unknown land and the urgals apparently followed and how Humans also came from across the sea from the south. the dwarfs and dragons being the only original sentient inhabitants of Algesia.

all you did with your list is prove that the dude was a fan of Tolkien and honored him by naming obscure locations after people and places of tolkien's making.

Nothing you named their is a major part of the plot and only mentioned once or twice. Seriously, you just compared a tower that was a major part of LotR to a lake no one would remember if some internet nerd hadn't pointed it out.

a lot of the elements may be the same but the story is unique.

Oh and the dragon story your thinking of is the dragon riders of Pern. Or maybe the entire Dragon Lance series?

No, it's well known that Eragon has plagiarized. LOTR is derived from Norse mythology and Tolkien took it and made his own languages, lore, etc.

Also this: Eragon plagiarism - This site shows everything. Eragon is Star Wars and LOTR dumped into a shitty book series made by some 22 year old who wears chainmail at school presentations. The stolen names also are not the only pitfall of the Eragon series - Eragon himself is a Gary Stu.
