Default The Lore of Nagafen
He is a big dragon who is like red and black. He is scary and lives down in Solusek's eye. He is level 100 x4. He is needed for the prismtaic weapon quest. He lives with his giant friend who is level 50 x2.

Nagafen has indeed got a T5 loot table.
He was killed by a necro (bugged charm -> implode) in eof beta.
There were screenshots of this on the SOE boards at some time
