I know the sleeper returns is EQlive and is killable now.

As many have asked till this day I like to know also why cant we kill the gods again. I loved smacking them around in POS and POF. When POP came around then came round 2 of smacking them around.

I miss the lore and story behind it all that eq1 had that eq2 doesnt have.

In all technicallity, you were never killing the gods themselves in eq1.

Being able to actually kill the gods was the reason why eq1 lost so many people. How the hell do you kill "God". Eq2 was based off that.. Eq2 is 500 years later, world without the gods. They got fed up with people constantly invading their planes so they left and went live with the mythical GM's in eq2.. Notice we dont see the God's or Gm's anymore.... Maybe the erudites blew them up too????

I think people didnt like PoP becuz of the easy mode that was plane of knowledge and the long annoying progression to get to plane of time(although i believe getting Vex Thal Access was much more annoying than Potime flagged)

Welp i recently Quit EQ1

The last expanson we basically killed off all the muramites etc.
The dudes from Gates of Discord, Omens of Wars etc.

Before that expanson was involing
Meldrath and Sleeper, they were basically seperate from each other but you needed to kill meldrath (which was a raid mob) get some other shards
Then u had access to Crystallos... This was all attached to the zone DRAGONSCALE HILLs
Which in EQ2 seems to be a location point.

Then basically we took on the ancients from Velious in sleeper tomb.
then kerafym himself who we put back to sleep.
4 other dragons came in and help too (forget their names)
yea i dont have much knowledge of the lore anymore because i seem to have short term memory from playing to much EQ

I dont know what awakened sleeper again in the first place.

But thats how it went so far before this whole explode'n thing, EQ1 should be done with its lore basically, perhaps the next expanson will involve the gods saying get the fuck out.
