Plane of Tranquility? Time?

So does the Lore add up to the Planes of Power comeing back? I know alot of people hated them in eq1, but i thought they were some of the funnest Raids in eq1, and would enjoy a zone series like that greatly in eq2, anything show that they may be comeing back?

The gods cut off access to the planes because of what happened in PoP in eq1. A lot of planes were destroyed or absorbed back into greater gods plane and no longer exist. We might get to see some more "shard of..." zones but i can guarantee you we will never have access to them like EQ1.

I recall that Kingdom of Sky was where plane of air collided with the noratthian plane... but now that I say that.. from eq1, wasn't it revealed that Norrath is Plane of Air, too?

it's a part or Plane of Sky, called Overrealm, mixed up\displaced with Norrath

Personally, I think a Shard of Mischief would be awesome.

They could do a ton of "shard of" zones and I think any one of them would be amazing if they put some time into it. A lot of good memories from all the planes in eq1.

The Plane of Sky collapsed and parts of it "bled" into Norrath, Shimmering Citidel was the first discovered portion. The Kingdom of Sky islands (Overrealm) is still a part of Norrath, though incredibly high up and magically hidden from ready visibility.

The other portions of the plains are fragments of their former selves, or guarded only by certain guardians or demigods created by their former owners. Kyr'tok, Terror etc still guard the Shard of Fear. Byzola and the Maestro still reside in Shard of Hate.

Shard of love announced at fanfaire, although it is a very gay name I'm actually excited to see if they can pull off a cool zone.
