meh, i have prismatic adornment m1, i no longer use the eof bp, currently im useing the tnt robe because im haveing power issues, (only power items are Tnt Robe and neck of pain) for long fights im resorting to necro orb as well >.<. anyways, IMO that 9% crit robe is fucking badass, and i will probably be wearing it over my set depending on when/if it drops and when trakanon dies...multiple times since we share our set with guardians!!!!

I have another question unrelated to the original post, but its my post so deal with it.

Item procs. I went from using Grizzfazzle's walking stick and vertabrack to using anaphylaxis reward. Im noticing a bit less proc rate on the anaphyl. which is expected, BUT it gets resisted a whole lot less than vertabrack and grizz WS did. Are item procs based on the item's level? I usually run around 480-500 disrupt. and 450-460 subj. and never get resisted on my normal spells, so I know the procs aren't based on caster's skill. Can someone please enlighten me on how the proc's resistability is determined?

Thanks for the answers on the first questions guys n gals.

Anyone know how resistability is figured when you trigger an item proc?
Or is this just an SoE blackbox job?

My estimation is that the item quality determines it. Char is my most resisted proc and its the only item that is treasured. Someone with a full array of proc items would have to chime in though, I dont have any higher than legendary.

Looking at a Protector's Realm parse from approx. 2 weeks ago...

Proc Gear Worn:

Treasured:
Mystical Orb of the Invoker

Legendary:
Necromantic Orb of the Death Reveler
Gloves of Sagacity
Vzee'rist's Sash of Draining (Essence Drain)
Bone Clasped Girdle

Fabled:
The Praetor's Guard
Bracelet of Thule
Ring of Supremacy (yes, I know it sucks now, but no Burdened Signet drop FTW)
Breath of the Destroyer

Of those items:

5 of them procced at 100% proc rate. (Praetor's Guard, Necro Orb, Bone Clasped Girdle, Ring of Supremacy, Vzee'rist's Sash)

The lowest of the 4 remaining procs was Bracelet of Thule at 94.44%. (51 HITS/54 SWINGS)

Breath of the Destroyer was 96%, Gloves of Sagacity were 98.04%, and Mystical Orb of the Invoker was 98.15%.
