I've been trying to plan out my T8 armor, but I'd like the input of my fellow illusionists. Here's what I have so far:

Hat: Cap of Shimmering Hues
Shoulders: Cowl of Shimmering Hues
Forearms: Lava Channeling Sleeves
Hands: Sorcerous Gloves (?)
Pants: Mindbending Pantaloons
Chest: Robe of Dark Power
Feet: ?


Any suggestions?

assuming you get all of the above you'd have to take shimmering hue feet for the 3 set bonus.

I should've been more specific in my post.

It's a given that we want the 3 piece set bonus. To get that, what piece will suck the least in filling the role of 3rd piece?

The Lava sleeves seem solid for the forearm slot, but between chest, feet and hands which has the lowest opportunity cost?

ill be going boots or gloves, untill trak dies, the ape dies, and avatars finally get put in so i can see whats really out there. Ill probably end up takeing the boots unless we see 2 pairs of gloves since i think our tank wants them. 100 spell dmg and vwb are pretty much the same if your not already capped.
