Praetor's Guard
says its 1.8 times a min but after testing for week or so
it still does not proc as much as the old t7 stuff with same
1.8 rating ,,and the T7 is not getting resisted in t8 dungeons hardly at all.
im disappointed in it a bit..
you guys seen this trend on this item?

It's broken in the way that it procs 1/3 as much or less than other procs like FBM/Mystical Orb/BCG/etc/etc.
