Does anyone have the name of the adornments that add to crit chance. I believe there are 2 and I know one goes on neck. But i can't find any info anywhere for it.

You are talking out of your ass. There is no adornment that gives +Crit for the neck slot.

+2 Crit on Weapon
+1 Crit on Secondary and Ranged (T7 only)

There is a +1 Melee crit on neck (T7) but dont see it for T8.

+30 spell damage is a million times better than that stupidass Arcane Clasp.

Its not all that bad with VM + Warlock or Ancestry. VM affects it, and it crts a lot now. If you are near cap, why not.

I'm not at cap, at least not anymore. I'll just have to see what a zonewide is since right now we're spending all of our time on Overking and mobs dont last 20 seconds.

How much does +30 Spell Damage equal to in dps in T8?
