As far as I can tell, yes it's BOE. I haven't had time to test to corner case where the text of the spell is actually wrong. Relying only on the text displayed, I believe it's not base because the proc acts differently than the proc on the plasma wand.

I have wwm and am hoping to get deathchimes and shard of hate soon... When I can't use wwm I will switch in the Shard of Hate. Don't know if it is the best, but it is definatly not a bad set up =)

tbh i expected the first post to be updated as it is in the other class forums. but who would have a constructive answer from pinski....

Wand and deathchimes are best. The other 2 are good situationally.

PS, if you have the wand, death chimes, and shard, and you don't have death chimes and the shard equipped, you're a moron, and I won't say why.

I would just be happy if a wand dropped for us.. have only ever seen one drop. Same with trak belt. Our luck on mage drops is just terrible. Oh, and we have had ZERO Signet of Betrayal drops.
