Dont know Sebellis well enough to remember where this named is. I would assume lower Sebellis, though, maybe on the way to Venril?

That sucks. Is there any conclusive way to test it to see if it does stay on or no?

Gonna see if I can test it a little bit in QH tonight on guards to see if I can make tandem proc more or not.

The Asphyxiating Sorcery icon stays in the buff window ticking down after unequipping the guard. Been using it but haven't checked parses to confirm it's working.

It stays in the window and still shows on all ur procs.

Tested it a little bit, w/o it on tandem procd 13/48 times for me just using Beam with no other proccing things on. Proccd 10/20 times w/ the book equiped and used, I only attacked until the buff ran out then zoned. It proccd 6/20 times w/ the book used but unequiped, about the same percentage as when I did not have the book on or running. Not really a conclusive sample as it is so small imo, but I was just messing around as I waited for my Chelsith lockout to die.

Heh, it drops from the Ambassador in seb(which is wierd his ass aint even a froglok)

While thinking about, a big thing I've been thinking about is how much we are over-rating Spell Crit for zones like VP because of how much crit you lose against a high-level mob. Of course, we don't have an exact amount that we lose, currently, it pretty much needs to be thought about. So keep that in mind.

If you're losing a %, like say 10% of your total crit on a level 87, then that's a good thing to watch out for. But if it's like like 5% crit reduction no matter how much you have, then it doesn't matter honestly, definitely something to figure out though
