Still it seems all mythical have 3 effects, I think it was a bad choice for our fabled to have the power proc, regardless of what the other two are.

I've no personal objection to have a power proc (group prefered) on our epic, but it being the only thing our epic has seems very harsh to the none raiders that will probably never get the mythical.
