Think of it like this, where does a lot of your dps come from? Your spell damage should be pretty much capped around 500 so lets ignore that for now.

Crits will effect everything, but also are the main increaser for a lot of our highest parsing things: icelash, dissonant note, precise note, tandem, and prismatic adornment, none of which will be affected by a damage procing item.

Plus procs get resisted a lot more, and with the propgation 'fix' they go off less.

I agree with most of Wayn's choices.

I just passed on the hood so our lock could get it, since I had 4 set bonus w/ set shoulders/feet/legs/helm. I kinda regret that, as you never know how streaky the rng can be with loot. The hood rocks though.

With how high we will be able to get +crit/+spell I been thinking about our set chest over the robe, but the robe is pretty crazy and I love the dispersion in some fights. Multiple dispersion/displacement items can be insane for a handful of encounters, if near impossible with mythical to keep VM going (but worth it). That leads me to the next item.

\aITEM -1706933151 655905560:[Ragged Felt Cloak]\/a is great, especially with new VM changes going in. The 50% added power cost would not be tough, we just might have to dust off some power options not used since we got mythical. Anyone know if these new toggled clicky cloaks have a long re-use on them?

I have the cloak, its good once every 3 minutes, but onyl if the fight is under a minute long, i dont swap it in as often as i should tbh >.<

did you keep it up fulltime, and did you notice a problem with aggro, ie every pull?

The only place its noticeable is on lvl 86+ mobs where the tank has a harder time getting aggro. However, get a coercer's empathic link on you, and no more aggro!
