Found a Spiroc in Timorous Deep (1114, 21, -524) that might give us the feathery mask with a bit more work, when you get near him he says:
Twocan Jam says, "I don't trust you! I barely trust my flock! You all just want my feathery prize! Fly away!"
and flies away.
Looks like we need to find a spiroc illusion somewhere, could take a while if it's as random as the Burynai one heh.

Here's the issue with the furniture portion.
She takes your items before you get a quest update, so if you close the conversation or hit esc to remove the buy window you'll close the convo and have to get everything again so:
tab target to her,
hail her,
be careful to hit the right option, and then you get your page update.

Quick FYI, when you're getting the book from Maiden's make sure your inventory's not full or it just disappears, fun fun fun! :|

local of the iksar entertainer.
there's just one, he's on a 5 min respawn, if you go in behind the castle through the water entrance he's in the room on the left, across from the entrance to the throne room.
