Any info on the following two? Any help/hint would be appreciated. I understand that one may be bugged, but I'm at a lost of where to go at this point.

Is the guy in the cage on a timer after someone triggers his quest starter? Because I've been sitting outside of his cage for the better part of two hours with no NPC inside. I have the key too. Not missing anything, right?

God I hate SoE sometimes. Angelia Clayton won't talk to me in Starcest cause I"m exiled! ... ugh!

Anybody else has problems finding Twocan Jam? I have the spiroc illusion form from Hoo'Loh in Barren Sky but cant find the quest guy.

yes. same problem with Twocan jam that cost me WW disco

same prob here .. camped there for about 4 hours and nothing. guildmate already got it 3 or 4 h ago.

Its not respawning. a GM in game told me that its a Known problem and that it has been escalated to devs. they will try to fix it asap /em holds breath.

You keep getting the encounter with out the NPC to update the quest line right?
