Being on a PvP server, I really don't see myself trying to sneak into the tavern on the EFP docks trying to get an HQ just so I can get that hunk of crap.

I just had to get pos 10k FP faction to advance my defiler epic, I wish mine would have just allowed hailing the NPC.

It's not "just hailing the NPC" it's going in there and buying him drinks until he offers you the quest. Now I don't know if you remember but every FP and their dog is always at the EFP docks, I'd be sitting gank bait.

its ok, untill they fix the spawn in Fens you cant finish it.

I just talked to a GM and the bug is known and it has been esculated to dev's and will be fix asap... /em holds breath.

the Encounter keeps respawning without the non aggro npc we need to advance the quest.

Ok soe WTF! do we have to actually spell it out to you? WoCP is the best weapon we can get and its a T7 GROUP weapon. Even IF I had dark orb of the mind somehow, I doubt i would use this POS, since the dammage proc on soulfire is STILL greater then this thing. And how about the fact that coercers also got spell reuse reduction and we don't even get that? WTF

SOE said these would be the end all weapons for our class, this piece of total shit wouldn't have been good even in T7 much less T8, I implore you, either get a clue and fix it, or make that raid version freaking pimp because i wouldn't be caught dead using this weapon in a group or raid EVER.

main tank groups can spam and still last on power for hours, there's enough power proc items in game,
