Sol Ro. The deity proc and incinerate are uber !! The cloak will be really nice for you until you max out +dmg too.

The cloak will still add +65 even after your max +spell dmg so its actually a good cloak for a long time imo.

They never updated the item with it being a stat instead of an effect, but its still like any other +spell damage.
