after changing propagation, proc dps were reduced, but with troub mythical+vm+orb it shows pretty nice dmg and for me nizara bracelet gives around 90 dps, bcg 80, praetor 60 etc. In other hand, with more 10% of base dmg, our boe cap increased again. So in my current set up i can change 97 crit and 640 boe(without warg and sk) and 1 item damage proc in raid to 88 crit 520 boe and 5 item damage procs. I'll test both setups soon, but intrested in yours opinions. The other trouble may be with 70lvl procs after changing resist rates in gu43. /discuss

Base = 1
INT line = 11/12 (dont remember how they calculate this)
Class hat = 7
Class shoulders = 7
Lava channeling = 7
Drape cloak = 3
Hoshkar Robe = 9
Sorcerous Gloves = 4
Chanter Pants = 4
Pendant Necklace = 5
Remorseless Ear = 4
Thuuga Ear = 2
CoA Ring = 3
Doom Bracelet = 4
Chelsith Bracelet = 2
Mythical = 8 +2 adorn
Praetors = 4 +1 adorn

Thats like 89 right there. I'm sure there's a few other pieces out there that add a few more, plus 4 for a potion and 7/8 or whatever from a bard, bringing you up to around 100 or so.

Might be missing something else too like the new contested stuff, not sure if people are wearing it tho.

Change Ranged out to Dark Orb, Ear2 out for re-use, Gloves out of +75SD(pris adorn +2), Neck for Choker, and let's also drop belt for BCG and a Ring for that "sweet" avatar ring with +100SD for pet and you're down to 87%. Add in Bard+New Scroll+Crit Pot and you're now sitting at a low 101%.
