This probably sounds dumb... but maybe one of you all has run into this before.

I'm a 3 boxer... my tank is pretty over powered when mentored so I don't have to do much with my illusionist while I was leveling it... and she is now 63.

I have NEVER mezzed a mob on this toon... never had to... my defense is probably like 12.

I have had the same issues with my troub (now dirge) when I built him... and fixing subjugation was pretty boring so if there is something I could start doing now before the illu hits 80 I would like to do that... or if there is some place or some way to practice this without a "live" mob that would be cool also.

The toon is pretty much going to be almost always 3 boxed where I won't have time to mez... or on raids where not much mexxing is required... but I don't really want to have a toon that can't do what it is supposed to do.

I'm partially thinking I will just have to suck it up and hit 80... then go back and mez grey stuff to raise defense while I raise subjugation... but if you all know a better way please help me out.

(Standard 3 box load Zerker-80, Fury-80, Dirge-80... 2nd build out is same zerker-80, Illu-63, Inq-64... not that it matters... but it does mean I have access to the zerker and either the Inq or the Dirge to assist in this process... is something needs to be done in terms of "support")

You have the Wall in Kunzar Jungle that you can just /lock and spam a mez onto over and over again.

Not just mezz, but you could also spam stuns and stilfe as they all use subjugation as well.

spam cures to max ministration aswell - anywhere anytime
let grey mob trying to hit you - defense - any grey mob
mezz, stun, root, stiffle - subjugation - KJ wall
hit with blade - piercing - KJ wall
hit with staff - crushing - KJ wall
buff repeatedly - ordination - anytime anywhere
cast dmg spells - disruption - KJ wall or eg Windstalker Rumbler in original EQ2

Personal opinions aside, the Wall idea is an awesome one, i would also recommend just running around and doing some solo questin. sure is a lot more fun that just sitting at kunzar jungle all day
