hummm never rly tested if this one stack on MT but i guess it is.
Anyway there is no reason rly to macro it to any of the scouts. MT/OT will surely attack more than 3 times per 12s recast so why should i bother macro it on jousting scout? When i manage to get additional 2 triggers i will reconsider it and maybe make one icon macroing adornment on me if im meleing or any scout if im ranged.

Or you could stop being a lazy fuck and press buttons. Maximized DPS comes from you PAYING ATTENTION and pressing the buttons you have to press, and not from lazy dumbass macros that cast the same shit even when it is the wrong time to cast it.

Drop the macro idea and learn how to properly push buttons instead, dumbfuck. If you want a game where you have to press TWO buttons to be 'the best' you are 1. playing the wrong game and 2. suggesting dumb crap in the wrong place.

I suggest you /quit and buy hello kitty. Maybe that game offers so little challenge you can macro it while cybering on MSN in the meanwhile.

To macro stuff isn't really necessary any more as you cant equip most gear in combat and as Flaeme said, even tho it's good to have a cast order being able to stick to it 100% of the time is near impossible. So why add more bloody hotbars with loads of macros?

Only things I macro is wastes hammer and /pet attack, oh yeah and mezz

the macros i use:
-turn off autoattack when i mezz (it fucked me over to many times when i needed to react fast)
-equip dps gear. Not to maximaze my dps like i did befor (equiping t7 set chest on cast of prismatic chaos and on beam equip something else) but because im lazy and dont want to look trough all my gear when i needed some resist
-manaflow on myself
-oh and a macro that i tell my party that i equip the choker because im to lazy to explain this.

I, for a short time, macroed beam after all of my other spells. I was going back and forth most of the time anyway, so I just wanted to see how it'd work out.

Short answer = DPS went down.

Just do your best to get a routine without messing with macros and you'll be further ahead in the long run.

Most would agree on:

macro Prismatic so you don't have to change target
macro /assist
macro /pet attack /autoattack 1 to something you cast early (I use chronosyphoning)
macro /pet backoff /autoattack 0 to mezzes
macro gear selections

I also macro master strike to beam, and requests for heart/shard.

Macroing even TWO attacks on one button will interfere with your cast order, as you can only ever queue one spell - (so if you hit the button before a prior spell has finished casting the first spell on it will be missed). You CAN put all your attacks on one ingame macro and have a G15 keyboard hit it frequently, but that will only give you 1/2 the dps you would get by actually playing the game.

I macro my HO to beam, that way it triggers some extra damage evey time it's up. 3-4 mages in the group, you're doing quite a bit more damage than you normally would, plus some good buffs.

Only macros i have now are ones for rebuffing, thats it. As Flaeme already said pushing buttons ftw
