Anyone use Macros?

Is anyone using macros to max DPS? I haven't had the time to build them and test yet. But i was thinking about adding (in this order):

Button #1
Pris Adorn (with melee'r in the command)
Beam
Lesion
Brainclot

Button #2 (not 100% on the order)
Gamma
Chromatic storm
pessimism
Construct

Just curious if anyone else has tested/built macros to maximize DPS...

Or you could max dps easier by just clicking the right buttons

I use a G11 keyboard. Once you know your macros its good for spamming :P
Plus my mouse keep loosing the power and since im a slacker I cba to find the problem :P

im using only one macro which prevents me porting with hammer.

Only macro I use is putting pet attack and auto-attack in my beam casting. IMO Ilus dps relies 2 much on evaluating the fight & what dots r currently ticking down at etc & choosing which spell is better next based off the situation to use macro's.

I don't have any downtime due to me thinking "what spell should I cast next?!?!?!" I'm just looking over my hotbars for the biggest hit thats up, while keeping dots active.

Only primary macro i have is pris adorn. I usually put it to one of the scouts because of other illys stacking theirs on MT. Oh! and i have a jcap macro too

macro:

/useabilityonplayer %t spellcast_maxdps

will always use the next available spell with the highest dps

just spam teh button and do same dps as teh hardcore people

PS: macroing different spells is losing control is losing dmg is losing fun

I macro a bunch of gear selections, such as:

Max DPS
Max Power (Soulsiphon)
Max Defense (Self Ward Procs/Dispersion)

Now that I have my mythical, I haven't had to use the max power one at all.

Jcap macro's, buff macros, etc, nothing too huge.
