So the Brigand and Swahsbuckler's have one, anyone of the worlds best Illy's mind making one for the Illusionist community for those with question and those new to the class please? This will also {Hopefully!} eliminate the need for people to keep making new thread's asking the same repeated questions over and over again dring our forum leader nuts. Thank you advance.

99.9% of all questions asked here are on how to "max" dps or something to do with dps anyway. For new players there isn't really much need to know this as they won't have the aa or the gear to make use of it. The rest is just buffing and mezzing and I am sure most can just figure that part out by reading the spell descriptions and practice.

If you have no idea what a illu is I would recommend looking at the spell listings on eq2i or something like that to get a better understanding.

Any yuppy can play an Illusionist, I'm refering to the point of how to play one well. But again Pinski, helpful as always. BTW..The Scrooge called, he want's his negativity back.

at least half of illu work comes from watching surroundings, throwing (or not throwing) certain spells when needed. theres too much coming from practice. level in groups to learn what they need from you (again its what they need to do aswell as what they need you not to do), what you can expect from other classes, whats breaking mezzes if you rly (and rarely) have to mezz. when you have to mezz and when its much better to use just stun. learn how to behave and how they behave in situations. think about everything you are doing and all others are doing. that way you will become good illu and good player. if you do, then come to these boards and that will help you precise your skills.

You cast your damage spells. Hard is it? I didn't have help figuring shit out. I hit my spells. It doesn't take a fucking genius to figure this out, it just takes somebody who hits the fucking buttons.

No, it's wanting someone else to do a lot of work for you when they could do the same amount of work we've all done and understand the class a lot more.

Why do people want everyone to spoon feed them? little things like recovery > cast time people might not notice, but having people tell you each piece of gear/aa/casting order isn't playing the class, it's having someone else play it for you.

That being said, I've always answered any questions people have asked me in game, but these threads get to be a bit much
