Default How useful is "Insidious Robe"

This robe iīm talking about:

\aITEM 633806790 -699401699:Insidious Robe\/a

So how usefull is this robe for an illu?

3% crit seems a bit low, casttimereduction is nice. I donīt know how useful the petbuff is. Another petbuff could be great but it looks really low in my eyes. Will +10 reusetimer and +90 Boe makes our pet a "damagepet"? Donīt think so

I donīt have this robe so i cannot test or parse it. Pls share your opinion.

thx

It's better than Jarsath Robe IMO, but not better than the Dark Robe.

deffintly not better then dark robe, idk, jarsath robe and that one woudl be pretty close, the cast time is nice, but the spell dmg on the MC robe would equate to more then that for the pet, so it comes down to does 5 reuse 90 pet spell dmg > 1 crit and 100 spell dmg, imho, half of your pets dps is tandem/ice lash/aria etc so...idk they are pretty equal.

PS, just went back and looked at 15 minutes of combat from my pet in a vp parse, since i cant change his name i dont have a longer duration, and bsically 51% of his dps was from procs from a troub, a wizard, and tandem. TBH, i wouldnt doubt if the +pet spell dmg didnt have an impact on those spells.

I've tested it some what, and there seem very little difference.

I'm meanly wearing this robe at the moment because it's new and my only other option is the robe of royalty. That said I think the robe of royalty is probably better... =/

Wanna to test Set Robe vs RoDP. As for me crits and boe can be capped easliy, and i cant say the same about reuse. So, maybe now set robe even better than rodp, or at least equal, It must be noticed that (4) set is now must have, so with robe u can take off stupid gloves and its another 1 nice bonus from robe)

If you can make up for the shortfall in crits and +damage I'd go with set robe personally.

That said we've had one RoDP ever. hundreds of eyes of fucking hoshka though. only one cuffs from hoshka also. So set BP seems easier to get hold of.

Regarding Insidious Robe, I'd be interested to see how it works out after the replacement of power drains with damage. as that +90 and some haste and re-use might actually mean something were the pet to not be so dependant on proc damage.

Lol, we are in the same situation with blackened chestguard patterns, and i wotn take it till the troubs have it, but as of yet in about 10 ish trak kills at 2 bps per kill we have yet to see a single blackened BP pattern.

Maybe with LU45 and the pet casting more nukes it will be more viable then.
