Not that we get to mezz a lot but on heroic stuff even with illuminate and sentiment running a m1 mezz can still resist 3 times in row in maidens.

Is there a new RE raid coming? maybe there will be some goblins that need mezzing? prob not, max ae dps usually does the trick.

Correct me if I am wrong but didn't SoE change resist rates to "match" the poor melee hit rates?

So why can't they make changes to resist rates depending on stats? Isn't it like that already?

Higher subj does lower resists but the amount it lowers it just makes very little difference. So either make 1 point mean more or raise the cap and add more points to gear and spells (sentiment, etc).

Would that really require a major change in game mechanics? Or am I missing something?

Not that I really care as mezzing as it isn't really needed much. But those few times I actually need to mezz I don't want to get 3 resits in a row and then end up dead wondering wtf went wrong.

You won't have to wonder, resists are completely fucked. When you have illuminate and flash up and you get a resist with 5 points into Mindless it's completely fucking retarded.
