Silten Sash I figured 5000 casts x 45 boe= 225K damage from the boe alone. not including crits. Of course I took into account the partial time I was in the raid, along with debuffs, and non damage based spells.
So with those numbers alone.. Silten Sash is the way to go for me (assuming I'm not already capped on BoE/Crit) Which raid buffed I'm at 777 / 91 sash would bump me up to 822/93.

You can't calculate BoE damage this way. The cap has to be figured for each spell at low and high of range, and low and high of crit range, then do some semi-complicated math and you get the average SD increase on a per spell basis.
Now use some kind of base spell rotation or take spell damage or cast-time percentages for each spell from a parser and find an average damage increase for the SD.
If you have a spreadsheet with all this stuff in it it's best to just calculate theoretical dps and change the SD and see what percentage increase you get
For my warlock spreadsheet (still not done/tested with parser yet), I'm seeing about 0.55% damage increase from the 2 crit and 0.6% increase from the 45 BoE at your stats, but had to just guess cast time at 60% and recovery at 40%. Looks like that's about equal to the dps increase from the sash of roughly 1.1% to 1.2%. So it's basically a tie... if you can get proc rate increase buffs BCG might be better, but sash gives more health and power. Also consider the elemental debuff of the BCG... (with another class YMMV)
