Default So, how much do we add to raid DPS?

Title says it all. Not talking about how much DPS we do, but how much do we add that is not directly contributed to us on the parse?

Let's use this group as an example:

Troub
Warlock
Wizard
Ranger
Inquis
Illus

With mythical, we give 5% ranged double attack, 10% melee double attack and +68 attack speed to the group. We put IA on the ranger and give him an additional 25% ranged/melee attack We put TC on the wizzy (most encounters are single mobs anyway) and tandem to boost. We then chuck tandem on the MT coercer, just to keep her happy, on ourself of course, and then on some other fast caster because we know the pet is gonna die to aoes in a flash anyway.

So, all this DPS that is not contributed to us, the group wide double attack/haste, IA, TC, and a random toss around of tandem.

How much does it typically add up to on a parse?

I know it will depend on raid setup, debuffs, whether the mages and healers go in to melee, and so forth, but a rough figure?

Tandem is worth about 250 DPS per Mage it's on. I'd say about 800 DPS for the Ranger, and 400 DPS for the Troub. About 500 DPS for the Mage with TC. So about 2700 DPS I'd bet.

Add in the 5-9k you're doing on the parse and you're better than anyone else in the raid, naturally.

I was thinking 8k but either way it means they likely add more than we do.

It might be stating the obvious.. But it will vary alot..

If an elite guild is pumping out 100k dps on average the effect of the dispatch will go up alot, i wouldnt like to guess but 8k seems reasonable to me in a high dps raid.

Also trash and hard named are a different story, it hard to put a figure on an illusionists contribution to harder encounters like byzola and trak. Keeping your groups power up, cross group flows to stuggling groups, our cps debuff effectivly increasing tank avoidance though minimal it all adds up. Varsious other thing will indirectly contribute to the raid.

LOL, our C/P/S debuff. LOL. Sorry but that drops mob hit-rates by about 0.001%.
