So I did. Devitalizing Gazes, level 62. Devitalizing Stare, Level 48. No Devitalizing Gaze. Only level 34 spell: Celerity.

Mind telling me why the fuck I am dumb? What is so funny?

Well.. you could try looking in your knowledge book too!

To be honest, I didn't expect wikia to be 100% accurate, but at least the trainer I visited. Seems to not be the case. I even went back to the trainer after finding the spell in my knowledge book. Spell is in KB, but not on trainer. Whatever...

I don't feel stupid for not knowing the entire spell tree off hand, sorry.
