Does anyone know how that 10% damage from Destructive Rampage is calculated ?
From the tekst I gues that it is somthing different from BoE and Basedamage.

It's spell damage (at least from the tests I was running on Beta).

Destructive Rampage enhances the dmg-proc from Peace of Mind. So i´m pretty sure it´s not Spelldamage. Should be basedamage.
