Not necessarily...on longer fights you can spread the damage out a bit, not to mention the alternative sucks a lot less when you take a dirt nap just after you finish casting.

actually the buff our TSO set is getting means im dropping the 2 vp set and going for 4 tso set... never thought that would happen

Why would you drop the 2 vp set... the 2 vp set and 4 tso set stack currently... unless they change that.. you want both ~

Because you get more DPS from running certain items than you do from running both sets. (Hood of Dark Dealings, Avatar Robe)

hodd i dont think so
vp 2 set is 1k+ on palace trash
hodd is less than 250

best left side setup i can think of is tso 4 set, vp 2 set and the evil avatar robe

i havent used the 2vp set / 4 tso set "exploit" on any of my parses... im still convinced its possible to pump out more dps without it
