7 procs at 2300, i can reuse timers down low enough to make it work I think, might lose a little damage off tandem, but once i get 4 peice set (next xpac the way they are dropping for me) I will let you know.

I will admit I went back and reparsed a bunch of times both with the 4 pc and then with the leg. shoulders, and the shoulders came out 100dps or so higher. But for right now having the bonus in raids not only increases myself, but everyone I put tandem on. So until I get, say, the damn HoDD or something that forces me to drop the 4 pc set, its benefits outweigh the shoulders.
