Which has 3 spell crit also. Where as we get this, which is not really any better than legandary cloaks dropping in new instances.

Im not sure which to chose. The Warrior is clearly better for us atm, but I think they must change this. Its so crappy. I have better (or very close) legandary cloaks and not even healers would wear the caster one.

I took the warrior cloak, you can always petition later. Not that either one is better than an SOH cloak or GVB one.

Don't count on 'you can always petition later'.

I petitioned on the Snake-eye quest in KJ to switch to the earring with overflow on it instead of the belt or whatever and was told if it's past 2 days they won't replace it.

Not saying it can't be done, but didn't work for me. Maybe the policy is different if they change the item stats though (or depending who you get in CS)

Agreed.. for me its all about if I can get a female GM or not. I had one give me "back" an item that I never even had in the first place.

And either way, like Slips, its an appearance cloak for me off and on, nothing more.
