I was wondering how good the 'greater burning affliction' was procing on the Ra'zhish cloak.

Used to be one of the better ones out there, doing pretty respectable damage for a proc..also happens to be one of the coolest looking cloaks with the flowing water graphic.

Like Pinski said...It will be the suk after GU51, and only useful in the appearance slot. A sad day for a good, but not overpowered, item.

QFT... item was far from OP'd, no idea why they are changing the proc on it.

The proc was doing between 1.5% and 3% of my dps on my mostly legendary, mostly A3, mythical-equipped Illy. Praetor's guard I don't have for my Illy, but does around 1%-1.5% of dps on my warlock. So if they change the proc to PG, cloak will still be well worth it, but there are better out there. The debuff of elemental with the elemental proc made sense coming out of a Lavastorm zone, not sure why they don't just nerf the proc instead of changing it to mental...

1% dps on a proc is equal to about 3% crit or 1.5% base dmg mod.

praetors will be nerfed as well, around half the damage from now as it was so immensely OPed for an item SO EASY to get. (Aeralik)

Funny stuff. I ran that instance like 50 times in RoK and never saw it drop once. Easy...

none, other than supposedly the void bane proc stacking no longer works. Haven't tested it though.

From what I seen on test.

All bane gear was nerfed..

Proc rates.. and dmg.

I did not spend a lot of time with it.
As I see it being a waste.. b/c I am not going to change everything just it might be changed when it goes live.

But my DPS from the bane gear dropped alot from the 10 parses and 3-4 instance runs I did on test. (Same with PG) Where it was like 1% of my dps before.. it has been dropped to 0.
