Ring: I know people fancy najena ring but no reason to list it twice
Charm: I suggest that Emperor charm should be on the list near GUK: Mushroom + have anyone seen essence of destruction from Bastion? if it is in line with other essences it should be pretty high on list - close to wicked wand.

Added Essence of Destruction and fixed the Najena's Ring listed twice.

has +115 spell mod and +4 spell crit; imo it's better than shard of hate

Also the Blood-Soaked Burynai Belt.... from Kurns x2. Exact same proc as the Vek 2 belt, but with better stats all around, should be pretty high up the list, I would only wear Anashti's belt over it.
