That's why I asked, cause there is no way you do more damage with the best in each slot as opposed to the 7 trigger pris.

I'm thinking this is win but don't know if it would improve my current setup as I don't have access to avatar gear myself. I only have access to instance content other than Ykesha.

Currently I'm rolling with the TSO cuffs and feet, and for lack of having the worst luck in the world... no HODD or HOLR. Putting the VP pieces in place would add a good chunk of spell damage but I'm sitting lower on the spell damage cap due to lack of avatar gear and a nice belt slot ( currently using Moldering Flesh Wrap). Hmm...training wall here I come...

That's the thing, gear choices are based upon other gear choices, they aren't just made up of the "best of the best" pieces.

I never said they were. If you look at my reply a couple pages back, I said it was best per slot, not best overall. Also, stated in the OP. " Keep in mind that depending on the gear you currently have, the item priority may be different for you. "

The thing is the 0 tso set gear depends on having some sweet avatar drops to up the dps, you can use the 10% base shoulders if you ahve better secondary slot choices or no mayong orb. It depends so much on other gear you have.

Instance only guild - TSO for 7 procs
