Illusionist Casting Order

Anyone have a good casting order for the illusionist? I have an illy, JustDoGood, that typically does not need to be used in raid for crowd control. Therefore, I wish to max my abilities for DPS. Not only do I want to know from you uber illys, what your casting order is, but what AA lines are the best choices.

I'd like to be parsing about 6k+ at least.

/qu then repeat each time you get the urge to log in game or post on these forums.
