The only reason to use that robe imo is if you need the crit mit from it (and even then) and you don't have an avatar robe. Hell i never used it cause imo it's crap.

like i said 4 monthes ago when i discod it...the effect is fucked and the robe is a piece of shit, even the base stats dont compete with summoner/sorc robes, i pushed for changes and was ignored, so crying wont get you anywhere but wet.
