i like the improved manacloak but 53 that means most change it will drop will be mines of meldrath so if there going to be a master for it i will have to farm that zone for it that sounds like hell of a fun time.

Sure does you will probably make a ton of plat selling the others as well. And stock pile enough plat to buy all your masters in RoK.

maybe you should level lock it at 58ish so that all the mobs that can drop mana cover are green instead of yellow.

Some instances have nameds that are under 53 as well as the ones that can drop that master, theres some possible other loot if they arent gray either......
