I use ProfitUI as well, although I am looking into trading out a couple of pieces. I looked at Fetish and just did not particularly care for the design. *shrug*

I traded out the Inventory window on Profit with the standard UI just out of personal preference. I also use a mod to Profit that allows the maintained spell window to be adjusted to horizontal or, as I have it, vertical but 3 icons wide. I got tired of Perpetuality taking up so much room that I couldn't see some dot timers at times.
