Okay, So looking through my parses and checking out my crit, im not yet 70, so dont have more then 1% crit so i RARELY if EVER crit on my spell.. one thing i have noticed is that prismatic havoc crits A LOT. I beleive that it is possibly based on the melee class you put it on. strange as it may sound, can anyone lend some knowledge if this is the same for anyone else?
This is completely untrue. It uses our spell crit %. You can easily see by looking at longer raids and checking out the crit % of the spell and seeing it match other single-target nuke spells.

alright, just thought it was kinda strange.. i parsed a few zoned and pretty much had 0 crits except for prismatic.. (i know my crits suck. im still wearing crap gear as i level up).

Well, i can look at my inquisitor's log when I get home (100% melee crits) and let you know. I'm 99% sure Pris Havoc doen't crit every time I have it on me.
Checked one of my parses w/my Illy and Inq (100% melee crit, 6%? spell crit)
1226 prismatic procs w/ 138 crits.
The damage gets credited to the illusionist. I'm surprised he doesn't draw agro more often...
Have it fully proc on the first couple of swings in a fight... I have seen a bunch of orange numbers fly off an incoming epic and had an Oh Shit moment.
