Ok this is a question for all you pros. My alt is now 68.5. She has the best gear that a limited budget can buy. She has only been on one raid as she is not my main. That being said her subjugation is 347/347. All mezzes are master. I just came from Castle MM and about 25% of the time my area mezz was being resisted. I was told by my bud that this is due to poor subjagation.

1. At level 70, considering this is not a raiding toon (as yet) and will probably be used in CMM and Niz, what should my subjugation be at 70?
2. Are there adornments out there to increase subjagation?
3. When I am in a group where my job is to keep mobs locked down (ie above mentioned zones) should I forgo int and everything else for subjugation?
4. Wtf is the deal with me getting agro when I precast sentiment to help me with my subjugation? Is this a bad tank or is this agro inevitable? Is this SOE's way of laughing at me yet again?

AE mez even at Master level is 3% easier to resist.... resist rates are insane with it. Its a good opening mez but don't depend on it for anything. Single target is the way to go. Both single targets at master are 21% harder to resist.

Oh and I have 350/350 subjugation.

3) No group at 70 wil need mobs locked down in the way you are thinking.
4) That only happens if you cast sentiment (or any other buff with any other class) WHILE the tank is pulling. Body pull = no aggro for tank until he hits it.

And i suggest pussing 5 points into your single mezz in the EoF tree. Its enough to make it more than reliable.

That is what i use when mezzing it will get you sub up to 378 :-) will help a lot but will take a lot out of your dps but dps isnt 1st when mezzing

One more thing: about a month ago I went into Niz with a chanter (pretty sure it was an illy) named Zizu and she said (when I gave her props on the awesome crowd control) "it's no big deal-just group mezzing". I do not recall her mezzes EVER breaking or could she have been lightning fast on the single target mezz?

She might've been using the wis line, which gives a huge subjugation boost. I got this on my chanter, as it's great for soloing. Alas, it doesn't really do anything for dps.

WIS line is crap. Not only do you lose DPS by taking it, but you can be buffed to cap when needed ANYWAY so its rediculous.

If you really need mezzes and stuff, take the ones in the EoF tree. You lose less DPS by putting points in those, and nothing else can give the same buffs. Plus, the 25% increase in resistability per spell is better than the 20% increase you get from capped subjugation (which the WIS line doesnt give anyway). So that way you can get capped from buffs AND capped in those AAs, and still do decent DPS.

I love your sig by the way. The "rainbow mezz" thing against the starkness of the black and white is amazing and the overall composition is really really nice. It flows. Sorry I used to be an art student. It really is cool though.

lol thx =) that black and white thing is actually one of the white spectres by the bay on anuk in SS...i just edited the color levels to make the extreme whites (the skeleton inside) turn black, and it gave that effect. then i pasted over the mezz graphics from mezzing one of those beetles closer to the docks, since their radius is huge, heh.
