I read the raid wizard overview - very helpful - but I have a few questions:
Here are my current 1h choices:
1. Grizzles
2. Plasma wand

both have the 1% crit adornment on them. I was inclined to use the Plasma but a guildmate said NO Grizzles is actualy more dps for me due to the heat proc. Is this true?

Second question: soon I wil have the SOD weapon. Will that be my best choice then?

Is a spell proc (ie mental , fire, etc) more important that a chance to crit or plus to base damage?

Staff of Light > Wand of Crystalised Plasma > Soulfire > Dagger of Arcane > Grizzfazzles

Assuming no proc mods, then Grizzfazzles > Dagger if you have them.
