That's not exactly how Spellshield works in PvE. It just scales down for mobs higher level than you, and scales up for those who are lower level. Meaning with M1 you get 91% vs. Level 70, probably 88% vs. Level 71, and so on that way, while you get 94% vs. Level 69, and so on. If you are Level 70 that is of course. I know it works similar to this because it works against Wuoshi's spells.

But hrm, yah power drains definitely need changing.

2) /agreed
3) /agreed
4) /agreed, only if they are needed on raids.
5) If this happens, ill be really happy, and may never think about quitting again.

In addition to actually working on wuoshi's and others spells, back in DoF when we first got the spell, every time we leveled you'd see the % decrease. And this continued all the way up until 70 later on, and actually only fairly recently got changed to scale with level.

I miss the ability to power drain epics tbh.

I was thinking about an item that could cap your power at a certain amount, but I really can't see it going in considering it's one aa line for 2 classes. Maybe have it a weird quest item and instead of costing power, make it lower your crit% by 1 or 2
