got owned bad by a SK. He was chain dotting, using Drain power AA ,interrupting/ KBing a lot (not steadfast AA still) , and...Highly resistant to all my dots/reactives CA.
Depending on scout you fights u can be owned really fast, damn brigs i hate them )

Heresy + Compelled Repentance in a duel against a SK and you should be able to just straight burn him, just put up both reactives before the fight and go to town on him.

heresy only works on beneficial spells, dont think drains are considered as that, they are ?
and as i mentionned, he was resisting 90% of my debuffs and spells.While he was nuking/doting/interrupting me like a mad. And, power draining me bad.

yeah, heresy triggers on SK's a lot when i duel them...but they are hard to land compelled and heresy on, constant resists.

For suck knights i just straight burn them with only using pre reactives before the duel. Throw fanaticism on and hit the shit outta him.
Compelled and heresy are pretty much duels only. Fanatical Vengence is casted on the pull and never recasted. heresy is thrown on the first mob that dies only if the encounter > 2 . Or if you want the kill shot  . |

IMo i only use them for soloing they seem to trigger well there or in situation adds and long fights they work pretty good guess it is were there used ...useless hmmmm sometimes more often than not
