Just noticed that Convert M1 is back to a cap of 265.
Dogma at A3 is capping at 328.

Yes the cap was reduced on convert/dogma, inquisition does not count as our heals. It's looking great for our heal parses as usual...

Who really cares about the heal parse as an Inquisitor?

Does your raid survive better due to Inquisition? If used intelligently, hell yeah.

Does your group live? If so, you're doing your job.

Do your Debuffs stay on the mob? If so, you're doing your job.

Do you DPS well? If so, you're doing your job.

It sucks that the Convert/Dogma cap was reduced, it was great for popping a group back up after an AE without having to cast two group heals and a group reactive.

But if you are focused on the heal parse, you are playing the wrong class.

I think it's more on the lines of other people being focused on our heal parses that's the issue.

But when people bitch at me for not being 4th on the heal parse I just ask them where they are on the DPS parse, and how much DPS they bring to the raid and what not. People in my group don't die, mission accomplished.
