well... there are occasions when evryone is available (were no HC raiding guild)... where we roll with 3 inqs

because of this usually keep ACTs default setting to assign the inquisition heals to a dummy combatent named inquisition (just like the mystics intercept-pet, roll with 2-3 mystics)

oh and on a sidenote..

im having this other inq in my guild who uses inquisition on non-AEing trashmobs as an additional MT-heal for the _full_ duration

Pulled my first 1k raid heal parse on trash in executioner throne room the other day. Man it was hot.

Damn Art, even I saw that Inquisition was showing as its own entry and I'm an ACT dolt :P. Actually it took me a day to figure that one out too.

My guild raids with 2 inqs every raid when possible, moi being one of them (we had 3 for a few days, but that one, who played like a templar, didn't stick around). I think it's suck that it doesn't go to our parses. If this was the templar's 80 spell it sure would. Inquis 2 has master, I just have adept 3, and we rotate it and keep it up all times possible. It often does like 30-40k heals on average per fight.

be glad it doesnt add to owr parse (with this i mean credited in game for the healing). you know how much hate it adds to you if you were credited for the healing? I know for sure if inquisition was credited to us in game you couldnt use it because you would insta die and we would have threats like plz make inquisition not be credited to us.

SO STOP WINING ABOUT IT NOT SHOWING ON PARSE!

and i have seen inq hit 1k hps in eof on colossus in MMIS already

given the date of that question being just was on 11/28 just a couple weeks after the expansion opened up, I dont think ACT had the capability yet to assign that ability, so ya i had to ask but as soon as it was avialable it was much easier blah blah.

I only pop it when the mob is gonna aoe and i know its comming other then heavy aoe mobs whats the point?? to spam heal a tank?? heavy aoe stuff though ya its very unfair to the rest of the healers. LOLS

ya i do suck at ACT, no i dont comb over parses as much as i would like but we are doing okay so i guess its all good.

Congrats to them on having a group gimp enough for an inquis to parse that high.
I dont think it would generate that much aggro. First off, to even do the max amount of hate, the ENTIRE raid has to be buttfucking the mob, which will almost never be the case even when I tell the raid to go hug the mob when I drop inquisition after an AE. Then on top of that, you have to beat that group's fury/other healers to completely heal their group, and all of my guild's furies love to try to top parses.

Yawgmoth, since you obviously have no concept of agro control, think about it like this, our Wizard in raids does 6k average dps, sometimes upwards of 7 to 8k, we have hit 87k raid wide on some mobs and are working for the almighty 100k. Do you seriously think the tank is gonna lose agro to ME when I cast inquisition just cause it shows on the parse? ARE YOU FUCKING STUPID ??? Inquisition IS credited to us when it comes to agro, hell I can pull a mob with inquisition, cause you guessed it! Its a fucking debuff. Check this out too the tank can grab agro right away if they want to. To get back to my previous point, if your able to heal 6k hps then your raid sucks #1 and #2 you need to learn how this game works before ya chime in your 2 canadian pennies, cause they ain't worth shit here.

Thats why the parse can't pick it up because the LOG file doesn't show it up as a specific players Inquisition instead it just assigns it its own entity. It has nothing to do with agro or any stupid shit that Yawgmoth is talking about. In order for ACT to pick something up it has to be in the log file and if it isn't there assigned to a particular person which everything else is, then it doesn't know how to attribute it. Thats why finding timers on some mobs like phara dar is difficult because there are is Log entry or one thats easily recognizable.

1. not everybody is playing this game the hardcore way and there are enough tans that suck balls and keep agro like shit.

2. and im not talking about the agro it gives us because its a debuff, but im talking about the agro that the healing gives us.

Now who's fault is that? That your tank cant hold aggro? Please. I dont consider myself hardcore, and we have a tank that does just fine with aggro.
