Default That's right folks...yet another E:Fanaticism bug!

Ok, whenever Inquisition finishes, (either the creature that has it casted on dies, you cancel it or it runs it's course) if you have Enhance:Fanaticism and are running Fanaticism when the spell ends, it will make the recast of Inquisition 90 seconds instead of 60.

Now, it's bad enough that the cool down of Inquisition starts when the effect finishes, now we have to turn off Fanaticism before the spell ends so that we get the correct recast? BUG IT!

Thats working as intended , recast doesn't start until you click it off. And fanaticism says it doubles recast of spells. Most people wouldn't want to have that spell up with fana anyway.

If you cast Inquisition before Fanaticism it shouldn't be afected by Fanaticism.
I know the recast starts when it finishes, I stated is as so, it shouldn't however get Fanaticism's penalty if Inquisition was casted BEFORE Fanaticism.

I wonder if Sony's view of the bugs related to E:Fanatacism is that they aren't bugs, they're UNANNOUNCED FEATURES!!!!!

Maybe one day when it gets fixed I'll try it out again, until then I can think of other things to spend my AA on...

If you think it's a bug that inquisition is at all affected by fanaticism, fine, but that's discussed in other threads. :P

As Rasil says, though, the recast on toggleable spells such as inquisition starts when the spell ends or gets toggled off, and is therefore correctly being penalized if inquisition is on at that point. This might be worth a /feedback in-game, but not a /bug.

As a sidenote, the targeted ae immunity spell on the bottom of the agi line works the same way... Since that spell is not penalized by fanaticism, however, you instead get the bonus to recast that fanaticism provides if you turn it on before the spell gets toggled off.

Edit: Fixed typo...

I wasn't actually implying that I felt this particular facet of E:Fan was a wasn't a bug. Was just making a little humor. Honestly from what I've heard of how the spell work it actually sounds like it's working correctly by adding the extra time as it does.

I'm not saying I don't think it sucks that it waits till the end of the spell, cuz that does suck, but what can you do. Even though we are the best class in the game you can't make us TOO uber, cuz then every Tom, Dick and Harry would be playing Inquis and they'd just make fools of themselves.

That is also not a bug, Fanaticism effects recast of spells , Divine Castigation, divine recovery, holy shield , and divine aura are all not considered spells. They are considered Abilities, and yes I do time divine castigation between swings with fanaticism on It is amazing. Go Go DPS!

Here's my point, you cast Iuquisiton and then put Fanaticism, now while Inquisition is running it doesn't get penalized (the recurring casting cost doesn't increase when you turn Fana on) so why it should get penalize when it finishes?

Because recast timer starts when Inquisition ends. If recast timer was started after cast, that would be a bug.
